Instructions for Members of the Entourage

Cris and I are grateful to all of you for accepting our request for you to be part of our wedding entourage. With your cooperation, we are confident that we can achieve a fun, "stress-free" wedding. But before the big day, here are some reminders and instructions for all of you:
1. Arrive on time. The maid of honor, best man, groomsmen, bridesmaids and secondary sponsors are expected to come to the hotel for the pre-ceremony photo shoot, as requested by the videographer. Hence, all members of the bridal party are expected to arrive at 8 a.m. sharp, except if they will be having their hair and makeup done at the hotel. Please read No. 2, for the ladies who will be availing of the hair and makeup services at the hotel.
We will leave the hotel at not later than 9:15 a.m. to make sure that the traffic jam will not be a problem.
2. Important: The ladies who will have their hair and makeup done at the hotel will have to arrive NOT LATER THAN 5:30 a.m. to enable the hair and makeup artist to get everyone ready at the appointed time (before 9:00 a.m.) For the ladies, a hair and make-up artist will be available at the hotel for P 800.00 per head. Please advise the bride should you wish to have your hair and makeup done at the hotel so that proper arrangements can be made.
We will be ordering food for those who will be preparing at the hotel, so please advise us ahead of time. Cocktails will be served at around 12:30 p.m. so it is best for all of us to be able to have breakfast.
3. If you prefer to go straight to the church instead of going to the hotel, please advise us of your plans accordingly.
4. Attire suggestions for principal sponsors. Male principal sponsors are advised to wear suits, while female principal sponsors may wear any gown in peach, champagne, beige or nude color.
